Rain Rain Go Way

Have you ever met somebody who likes rain?
I think that is a crazy idea. Rain is wet, cold, and dreary. It makes me sad and feel lazy. Hmmmm what else? I could go down the list but something just dawned on me. Rain is not all bad. It brings life, restoration, clarity, and freshness to a dry place. Rain is like a day filled with unexpected events. They can be confusing, frustrating, and horrible, but with Jesus they can also be food for growth. Trials help us become everything God desires us to be. Trials stretch us until it hurts, but at the end of the day God is still there and because of that we have the ability to overcome anything. So next time you look out the window and see rain, say a little prayer of thanksgiving to God for providing water for a dry place.

Rain is great...as long as I'm not getting wet. Love seeing it, hearing it, smelling it...it's that feeling part that gets me.
Although the rain in Hawaii was nice....didn't feel that need to rush to find cover.
Good post though...rain sinks down into roots, run brings life, rain makes thing vivid, takes away filth, makes your environment more livable...good ol rain.
